As you play along the lower 
promenade this 431 - 420yd par 4 slight dogleg left can be rewarding to those long hitters driving into a narrow fairway. However, with heavy rough on the entire left of the fairway and bunkers placed on the bend, too far right may also find you in trouble. Playing into the far corner of the course, the coast guard tower can be found on the left and from the tee, delightful views of the Wyre estuary and Morcombe bay can be seen.
A large flat putting surface
awaits you on the 7th. The trick is to hold the green as through left is out of bounds, short left there is a fairway bunker and the right hand side finds a large greenside bunker.
