Designed by James Steer, Fleetwood Golf Course is a typical links 
course and the only true links course 
on the Fylde coast, playing the back 9 inside the front 9 and situated next to the sea. The course was opened in 1932 and is a definite must for keen golfers and for those willing to travel from inland courses. Fleetwood offers a challenge with prevailing winds being a major factor on how the course plays from day to day.
It is a very dry, long course with 
large greens and bunkers galore! Open all year round Fleetwood offers the best to all visiting players with a friendly and hospitable atmosphere, which is second to none, which brings regular players to the club every year.
The Club's Open Week in August is a popular event with eight competitions ranging from men's singles to mixed foursomes.
